Five luminaries from World United Organization hailing from USA, Australia and Canada reached out to the student community at Dhruva to help young professionals to change the way they look at things. All starts with our thoughts change the thoughts and you’ll change the world, was the chorus and the underlying theme of their discussions.
Mrs. Mia from Australia a successful entrepreneur who empowers women and believes in an organized system of running businesses exhorted the young women managers to take up business ventures. The immense flexibility, which women can enjoy, if they choose to be entrepreneurs formed the crux of her motivational talk.
In this competitive world where young managers aspire for huge pay-packets and more money, here was a contingent with a different philosophy- Business is about love and assistance. A number of them opined that India is a land of spiritualism and we should radiate these values in our business transactions and take it to the rest of the world.
