Associate Professor Ph.D. or a Fellow of IIMs. First class Master's degree in Business Management / other relevant discipline with 8 years' experience out of which 3 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor. Assistant Professor Candidates pursuing their Ph.D. with first class Master's degree in Business Management / other relevant discipline with 3 years' experience as a lecturer. Lecturer Candidates with a First class Master's degree in Business Management / other relevant discipline The candidates without Ph.D but with relevant industry experience, who wish to make career in academics will be considered for suitable positions Note: • Basic knowledge of computer operation, excellent communication and presentation skills are required for all the positions. • As part of the selection process, candidates shall be asked to give presentation on a topic of their recent research work or to handle a case • The candidates selected in the first phase can join the Institute immediately but not later than Aug 01, 2008 • Candidates not found suitable for the positions applied may be considered for lower positions in the same area of specialization • Candidates will be paid TA as per Institute rules for attending the interview. • Candidates may apply anytime through out the year, however the applications received by March 17, 2008 will be considered for first phase of interviews to be scheduled in March/April 2008.
