MUQABLA- Highlights
MUQABLA- The Undergraduate Students’ Fest at Dhruva College of Management, provided a platform for the youth to showcase their talents and enjoy an exciting atmosphere of fun , frolic and learning.
The major highlight of the event was the energetic dance performances by the students. The Drama competition packed with humor and satire, enthralled the audience and made the crowd grow frenzy with excitement. Rock Show performance by various colleges made the campus reverberate with the pulse of the youth.
Shekar Kammula the renowned Tolly wood director was the chief guest for the valedictory. He narrated instances of his struggle and exhorted the youth to persevere amidst all odds. Mr. Jana Reddy, Minister for Panchayat Raj also graced the occasion and asked the youth to be goal focused and sincere. ICRISAT, Director General of ICRISAT Mr. William D Dar fondly recalled his association with the Chairman of Dhruva Prof. Dr. Pratap Reddy and highlighted the efforts taken by the chairman to convert this as a center for excellence! As many as 15 colleges participated in various events and won cash prizes. Food stalls and other games added to the festive ambiance. Students were thrilled with the rock show performance and let their hair down for the event.
This student driven intiative- MUQABLA was a resounding success that many will remember for the days to come!
