Three years as lecturer with Dhruva. Aruna is currently pursuing Ph.D in Management Science part time in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. She is trained in SPSS and Research Methodology. Attended several programs on entrepreneurship organized by the Department of Science and Technology, ICRISAT, EDP Cell JNTU and Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs. Published in journals like Global Vistas, Management Research.
